Summary:
Currently, we are implementing Talent Management for one of our clients. Their goal management process is structured around four predefined goals that are fixed and cannot be modified. To support this requirement, we have configured the Goal Name field as read-only and associated these goals directly within the Goal Plan. Once the scheduled process is executed, these goals are automatically assigned to employees.
During the goal-setting phase, employees are required to provide values for the Goal Description and Success Criteria fields, both of which are mandatory. All other goal-related information is auto-populated based on the predefined configuration. Therefore, the only inputs expected from employees are the Goal Description and Success Criteria.
