Do we have functionality to allocate journey on Annual basis based on Eligibility profile

Summary:

We have a requirement to trigger a Journey for employees based on the Eligibility Profile assigned to the Journey. The Journey should be triggered on the 1st of January every year for employees who meet the eligibility criteria defined in the Eligibility Profile. There is no action defined for this Journey to trigger.
