How can I schedule a Journey that is not a survey?

Summary:

I have a Journey where I have selected the 'Recurring Schedule' and a Start Date of 1/1/2027 This is the only place where I can indicate this is a scheduled Journey that I can find. I need to schedule to run 1x every year. Is this possible? New functionality shows this recurring schedule option should be available for all Journey types, but the options to schedule the frequency is missing.
