CCS–FFS Accelerator: Unrelated Pickup Work-Support Activity Types Other Than Service Investigation
We are currently reviewing the Oracle Utilities CCS–FFS Accelerator and have a question regarding the Create Unrelated Pickup Work functionality.
The accelerator documentation states:
"Currently, the activity type supported for unrelated pickup work is Service Investigation."
Based on this statement, our understanding is that when a user performs a Service Point lookup and creates an Unrelated Pickup Work activity through the delivered accelerator plugin, the resulting FFS activity is created using the Service Investigation activity type.
We would like to confirm the following:
- Is the Service Investigation activity type hardcoded within the delivered accelerator solution?
- Can the Unrelated Pickup Work process be configured to create activities using other FFS activity types without customization?
