copy goals from one person and assign them to another person

Hi everyone,
we're in 26B Redwood.
Would it be possible to copy goals from one person and assign them to another, like a cascading system?
We've seen that it's possible from the Goal Center.
Would it be possible to use performance goals? Or by searching for an employee on the Goal Center page and entering their performance goals?
