Issue in Recruiting Content Library while using Source Code

Summary:

Details are not saving in the email details while using Source code.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have few links (reports) that needs to be redirect the user when they click on it. Details are entered inside Source Code without any issue, however when clicked on Save as Draft/Save and Activate, links under href are missing.

We have tried multiple times assuming like a page issue, but it's not.

Appreciate your assistance on this.
