Journey Assigned Workers visibility restricted by AOR

Hello,

I’m currently working on Oracle Journeys and I have a requirement related to security and visibility of assigned journeys.

Business requirement:
HR users should only be able to see the list of workers who have been assigned a specific Journey limited to their Area of Responsibility.
In other words, an HR with a restricted AOR (e.g. by Department) should not see all employees with that Journey, but only the population included in their AOR.

What kind of Journey setup can help me achieve this requirement?
