Performance Evaluation Page Stucks while entering item comments in evaluation

Summary:

When Employee or Manager tries to enter comments in performance evaluation, the page gets stuck/hangs and user cannot proceed with it. Multiple users have reported this issue.
Anyone faced any similar issue and had any solution?
