how to create a role for Performance Document View-Only REDWOOD

Hi everyone, we're in Redwood 26A.

I'd like to create a custom role that only allows me to view the performance document, but without being able to delete it, remove it, or perform other actions.

Could you tell me if it's possible to segregate the role so that it only allows me to view the performance document, but without being able to perform other actions? And what privileges do I need to set for only viewing the performance document?
