Service Request Delegation Using HCM Roles & Delegation

Hello Support,

We are working on Service Request Delegation when a "Service Agent 1" is Absent then the service request has to get assigned to "Service Agent 2"
Similarly we setup BPM approval flow for service requests we wanted to check the same for Approval delegation.
For this we tried using the HCM's Roles and Delegation where a agent can record is absence and delegated person.

We wanted to check if there is availability of using HCM module to use it for Service module for service request delegation.
