Issue with "After a specific number of days" interview scheduling rule.

Problem Description:
We are experiencing unexpected behavior with the candidate-managed interview scheduling. The configuration defining the delay for candidates to access time slots is not being enforced on the candidate side.

Current Configuration:

• In the interview schedule settings, the rule "When can candidates schedule their interview?" is set to "After a specific number of days" with a value of 3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. An interview schedule is created with available time slots from Monday 6/29 to Friday 7/3
   

• An invitation to schedule an interview is sent to a candidate on Monday 6/29.

• The candidate clicks the link to schedule their interview on the same day (Monday 6/29).
