Worker is able to download document even when the display name is entered incorrectly

Summary:

Is it expected behavior that the worker is able to download the signed document in the journey task even when he/she entered an incorrect display name? I understand that the worker would not be able to complete the task if the wrong display name is entered, but they are still able to download the document despite this.
