Duplicate Withdrawal Notifications After Enabling "Withdraw" Task Status in BPM Worklist

Hi Community,

We implemented the following solution to enable email notifications when a requisition is withdrawn:

1. Navigate to BPM Worklist.
2. Search for the ReqApproval task.
3. Go to the Notifications tab.
4. Verify whether Withdraw is available in the Task Status list.
5. If not, click Edit.
6. Add a new row with:
   • Task Status: Withdraw
   • Recipient: Approvers
7. Save the changes.
8. Commit the changes.
9. Test the scenario.

After implementing this configuration, we observed that previous approvers (users who had already approved the requisition before it was withdrawn) now receive a withdrawal notification when the requester withdraws the requisition while it is still pending approval. This is the behavior we were looking for.
