Remove comments Text Box from Manager's Evaluation acknowledgement

Summary:

We need to remove the comment text box in the manager evaluation acknowledgement. I didn't find an option in the performance template to remove the comment box.

Also tried to hide the comment box through VBCS, but couldn't reference the comment box field in VBCS.

Is there any way to hide this comment text box only in the Manager evaluation?
