Gender Field in External Application Flow – TDS still valid in Redwood?

Hi Team,
I'm working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation (currently on the latest release) and I need to expose the Gender field to external candidates within the Diversity block of a job application flow.

According to the FA Latest documentation (Configure Standard Fields to Collect Diversity and Disability Information), the prescribed path is:

  1. Activate a sandbox
  2. Navigate to HCM Experience Design Studio > Transaction Design Studio
  3. Select action: Recruiting – Candidate Application Diversity and Disability
  4. Create a rule and set Gender (Demographic Info data source) to Visible

However, I'm aware that with the Redwood transition, Transaction Design Studio is being progressively replaced by
