Configured to hide a few items; it works for many employees, but some employees still see them in SS

From Self-Service Configurations (Redwood Self-Service Enrollment), I have configured the following:
- Unchecked – Display the "Get to Know Your Benefits" page
- Unchecked – Display Post-Enrollment Survey
- Self-Service Enrollment Path – Hide the step and default to Express
Although these settings appear to be working for many employees, several employees are still seeing these pages/steps during enrollment.
Can anyone guide me on what I might be missing or where else I should check to ensure these settings are consistently applied to all employees?
