I have uploaded a custom SABIC font and am using it in my BI Publisher RTF template. The report renders correctly in HTML, but when generated in PDF, the custom font is not applied and the output falls back to a regular font.

Question:
Has anyone configured custom font mapping for PDF output in Oracle BI Publisher? If so, could you share the steps to correctly map an uploaded font (Runtime Configuration → Font Mappings) or any additional configuration required to ensure the custom font is used in PDF output?
