Transfer Performance Document to Another Manager who is not the Line Manager

Hello,

Normally, performance documents are assigned to the employee's line manager. However, we have business cases where the performance document needs to be transferred to another manager who is not the appraisee's line manager.

In this scenario, the manager can see and find the performance document, as well as received the notification, but the document keeps loading when opened.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and what is the recommended setup for non-line-manager evaluators?

Any guidance for this scenario would be greatly appreciated.
