Performance document section summary spinning after 26C

Since the update over the weekend, we have noticed that the summary sections of the performance evaluation documents will continuously spin. It does not keep you from entering comments and moving the form to the next step. Also wondering if related to another issue we have seen since the weekend where the star ratings and numeric score are missing from these sections. Maybe it's trying to load those and that's why we see the spin. Has anyone else experienced this same problem?
