Journey Task Comments Not Reported in OTBI When Multiple Comments Are Added

Hello Oracle Community,

We are testing Journey tasks and noticed a reporting issue when multiple comments are added to a task.

Issue Description

When only a single comment is entered on a journey task, the comment is successfully displayed in OTBI under Task Comments.

However, when multiple comments are added to the same task through the Comments section, the comments are visible in the Journey UI but are not returned in OTBI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Access a journey task.
  2. Add multiple comments to the task using the Comments section.
  3. Save and/or complete the task.
  4. Run an OTBI report using the Journey Task subject area and include the
Tagged:

Howdy, Stranger!
