How to customize the alert of Summary of Elections - Benefits Open Enrollment Alert and New Hires

Though we have only one event alert 'Summary of Elections at Open Enrollment' , I have customized the message for our 'Open' enrollment life event. But I am seeing seeded message for 'New Hire' life event of enrollment submission. Not sure where it is pulling that information. Anyone please tell me where it could come from ?
