How to hide total score and manager score in performance document

Summary:

We have a performance document and it will be evaluated by manager, it has 2 sections, 1 section has questionnaire, it has scoring for each answers. the another section is summary section, after all questions answered , we see the final rating in summary section. But client dont want to see the "Manager Score" and "Total Score" from first section. Is there any way we can hide these information? I tried from VBS, I could find related fields.
