When client is moving out of Oracle Platform for Benefit module,what all activity we need to perform

Our client currently utilises the Benefits module within the Oracle platform. They now intend to transition to a third-party vendor, Benefix, for benefits administration. However Payroll processing will continue to be managed through Oracle.
