How to customize message in Onboarding Journey with dynamic employee and manager information?

We have a requirement to send a message through Microsoft Teams using an Onboarding Journey when a new employee is onboarded.
We would like to customize the message with dynamic employee/manager information. For example:
Hi <<Employee Name>>! Now that you have begun training, it is important that you know who your team is ahead of time. Please reach out to, <<Manager Name>>, your assigned leader at <<Manager Phone Number>> as soon as you are able.
Is it possible to use tokens/variables in the Journey Teams notification to dynamically populate information such as:
- Employee Name
- Manager Name
