Workaround to Restrict Manual Overall Summary Ratings

Summary:

Our customer requires performance calibration through Workforce Compensation but does not want a manager’s manual rating for the Overall Summary section to differ from the system-calculated rating.

We understand that Enable Manual Section Rating must be enabled for the applicable performance section to make ratings available for review and adjustment during calibration. However, this setting also allows managers to enter a manual rating that differs from the calculated rating.

Could you please advise whether there is a supported configuration or workaround that would retain the calibration capability while preventing managers from submitting a manual Overall Summary rating that differs from the calculated rating.
