Service Product to Product Group Relationship Mapping Fix for Manually Created Product Groups

Background

During Service Product migration, RAMP creates product group hierarchy records in Fusion using the Service Product -> Product Group Relationship object mapping.

This mapping is responsible for creating parent-child relationships between product groups.

Example:

Parent Product Group: Hardware

Child Product Group: Laptops

The relationship mapping tells Fusion that Laptops should be placed under Hardware.

Problem Statement

By default, RAMP generates Fusion product group reference numbers from the RightNow product group ID using the following format:

B2C_PRGP_<RightNow Product Group ID>

Example:

RightNow Product Group ID: 75

Default RAMP Reference Number: B2C_PRGP_75

This works when product groups are created through RAMP during migration.
