Benefits Default Enrollment Process - Option defaulting to No coverage for only 2 options

Summary:
The Loss of Eligibility life event is driven by a FF that correctly evaluates dependent eligibility and then the option switches according to eligibility. When a dependent child ages out, the FF triggers and help transitions the employee's plan option to the valid/appropriate one.
We are able to achieve this for all the options except for 2 new ones: Participant + Child (1 only) & Participant + Child (2 or more). These two options are specific to all Cigna Voluntary plans.
All the other plans do not have these new options. We have incorporated the new options in FF logic, however it still moves option to No Coverage.
