Redwood Performance documents [Submit] button not functioning after 28-AUG-26 CWB (26C) applied

We are experiencing an issue with performance documents where the [Submit] button is not functioning. Performance documents can be updated, but selecting [Submit] produces no response and does not complete the submission. Consequently, the performance documents remain in an In Progress status. This started to occur after 28-AUG-26 CWB (26C) was applied. SR has been logged.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
