Garage Customer Dunning – Collection Strategy and Transaction Date Exclusion

Hi Team,

We need some guidance on the dunning requirement for Garage Customers.

Currently, Garage Customers are identified by the Customer Profile Class, which is assigned to the customer. The business is currently using the Collection Strategy for the dunning process.

The business requirement is as follows:

• Garage Customers should be excluded from dunning for transactions dated before 1 April 2026.
• Garage Customer transactions dated on or after 1 April 2026 should go through the normal Collection Strategy/dunning process.
• The existing Skip functionality should remain available for post-1 April 2026 transactions so that dunning can be skipped on an ad-hoc basis where required.
