Goals Weight shows 0 on side drawer panel of performance document after submitting for approval

in Performance Management

Summary: We have a goals section which pulls in performance goals in the document. The manager reviews this and submits for approval further.
When the manager reviews the document the goals in the section show the weights accordingly as assigned when the Show Performance goal info link is clicked and the goal details show in the side drawer window.
Once the manager submits for approval, the weights show as 0 to the manager when they go back into the document and also shows 0 for the approver.
