Hi All,

Greetings!

We have been facing issue with the direct report data not showing up for the line manager.

The line manager is active and effective as of the system date and the process of "Refresh Manager Hierarchy" has been running on schedule.

But, the record for Direct Report does not show up on Performance page (My Teams —> Performance) for the line manager, even after removing all the filters.

What could be the reason for this issue?

If anyone has come across this issue and/or has any other inputs -please share.
