How to activate a journey task based on response to previous task

Summary:

I am working on a journey and want to activate a task based on the response to a previous task. If the line manager answers yes (done), then task A should be triggered and if the line manager answers No (not applicable) then task B should be triggered. I created the fast formulas based on Oracle's " " documentation and created the eligibility profiles. the eligibility profiles are used as the activation criteria for each dependent task. Task A is triggered when the manager selects yes, but task B is not triggered when the manager selects No. Task A directs the employee to click a URL and navigate to a new page. Task B is a manual task for the employee to view.
