PR Approval to include Project Number

We had this requirement from customer where Approvers need visibility to the Oracle Project Number when reviewing Purchase Requisitions. The current approval notification displays charge account information but does not show the associated Project Number.

This limits project-level context in the email and may require approvers to open the requisition or seek additional information before acting.
