CP to DCS Migration Jump Start

We have an AI-assisted migration tool designed to jump-start the transition from RightNow Customer Portal (CP) to Fusion Digital Customer Service (DCS). It migrates a RightNow CP application to a Fusion DCS application.

The migration transforms CP front-end designs—including pages, templates, and widgets—into a corresponding Fusion DCS application built with Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle JET. It uses one of the latest DCS templates and maps CP functionality to standard DCS components or custom components, as appropriate.

As the skill is currently in alpha, the Oracle migration team can perform the migration and provide a generated DCS application export ZIP for import into your Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service environment for Fusion Service.
