Need to trigger the contextual journeys for a set of employee
Dear Team,
As per the business requirement, we need to trigger the report output for specific set of employee in organization before the termination process. To address this requirement, we created contextual journey but it should be trigger for executive and above employees. In the current contextual journey setup, there was no any option to set the eligibility profiles.
Is there any feature or workaround to set the eligibility profile or criteria to trigger the journeys to the mentioned specific employees. Appreciate your support on this matter.
