How to prepopulate an employee-specific competency rating in a Performance Document

Summary:

• Can the Performance Rating stored against a competency in the Person Talent Profile be automatically carried over to the corresponding competency in the Performance Document?
• If not, is there another supported solution, such as HDL, REST API, or another process, to preload an item-level competency rating for each employee?
• The requirement is to populate the rating of the individual competency, not the overall competency section rating.
