Review Meeting - Both Manager and Employee in Different Time Zone

Hi,

During Self Evaluation, when Manager schedule a review meeting with the Employee, as both managers and employees in multiple countries and time zones. Managers are noticing that when they create a meeting invite in Touchpoints that it is defaulting to our company time zone and not the one that they and their employees are in. Is there a way to allow the manager to select the timezone they are in when creating the invitation? How to fix this ?
