How can a manager navigate to an employee's performance spotlight page

Summary:

The only navigation that we have found for a manager to get to an employee's performance spotlight page is Team Activity Center > Talent Button > link under Last Check-In. The link, regardless if it was 'None' or a date for the check-in, used to go to the employee's performance spotlight page. Recently we've noticed that this still works as described above for 'None' (when they've never had a check-in). However now if there is a date link then the manager is taken to the specific check-in page with not option of getting to the employee's performance spotlight page.

There must be some navigation that I am missing. Thanks.
