Open Enrollment Displays Future Rates, but Open Late Entrant is not showing future rates.

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have observed inconsistent rate display behavior between Open Enrollment (Scheduled Life Event) and Open Late Entrant (LE) (Non-Scheduled Life Event) and would like to understand whether this is expected functionality.

We have configured rates with the following setup for Open Late Entrant (LE).

• Coverage Start Rule: First of Next Year
• Rate Start Rule: First of Next Year
• New rates are effective 01-Jan-2027

Observation 1: Open Enrollment (Scheduled Event)

• Open Enrollment begins in October 2026.
• Employees make elections during the Open Enrollment window.
• While enrolling, employees are able to see the new rates effective 01-Jan-2027.

This behavior appears expected since the elections are for coverage beginning next year.
