After the 26C upgrade, the Review Period dropdown on the Evaluate Performance page is blank for Mana

Summary:Hi, we are experiencing an issue after the 26C upgrade where the Review Period filter on the Evaluate Performance page opens as a blank/white dropdown with no Review Period values available. This occurs fo Manager, while the Review Period loads correctly on other Performance pages. Has anyone experienced the same issue in 26C, or is there an Oracle-known issue/KB or recommended solution for this?
