Validate SR Category Selection on Value Change on Creation Page

Hello Experts,
We have a requirement on the Oracle Fusion Service Redwood Service Request Creation page related to the Category field.
Business Requirement
The Category hierarchy contains both:
- Parent categories
- Child/leaf categories
Users should be allowed to select only leaf-level categories.
Parent categories should not be considered valid selections.
