Manager Notification for Goal Task (Milestone) Additions or Updates

We are using Goal Tasks to manage and track goal milestone completion within Oracle Goal Management.

We have noticed that when a team member adds, updates, or modifies a goal task, there is no approval process triggered and no FYI notification sent to the manager. As a result, managers may not be aware of changes made to goal milestones by their direct reports.

Has anyone implemented a solution to notify managers when a goal task is added, updated, or its status changes?

Specifically, we would like to understand:

  • Is there an out-of-the-box notification that can be enabled for goal task changes?
