PER-1530061 Error When Updating Contact Relationship from Partner to Spouse

Hello Experts,

We are encountering an issue when updating an existing contact relationship in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Scenario

  • Employee has an existing contact with relationship type Partner.
  • We are attempting to update the relationship type from Partner to Spouse.
  • The contact record already exists and is active.

Upon saving the change, Oracle returns the following error:
The contact type doesn't exist. (PER-1530061)

  1. Partner LOV is disabled in the Common "CONTACT" Relationship lookup. "SPOUSE" is active and tagged to +US.
  2. The same issue with Domestic Partner LOV as well. While creating and updating existing contact. I am receving same error.
