Can we hide the "Override Eligibility" action or the Life Event three-dot (Actions) menu in Benefits

Hello,

We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Benefits (Redwood UI) to restrict administrator access to the Override Eligibility action available under the Life Event section.

We would like to understand:

1. Is it possible to hide or disable the Override Eligibility action while keeping the rest of the Life Event functionality available?
2. If hiding only the Override Eligibility action is not supported, is there a way to hide the three-dot (ellipsis) Actions menu that appears for a Life Event?
3. Can this be achieved through:
   • Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalization
   • Page Composer
   • Security roles/privileges
   • Sandbox personalization
   • Any other supported configuration
