DFF creation based on condition from different page

Summary:

We need to create mandatory Project Number DFF on PR distribution page, based on LineType & Category combination from PR Line in RSSP screen. The requirement is based on particular PR LineType & Category combination, if Project Number is blank on PR distribution page then it should throw error

Please let us know if anyone encounters similar situation from their client.
