We have a Person Category Journey configured to be automatically assigned to employees when a Job or Assignment Change occurs. The Journey is configured with Days for Initiation set to 30 days, meaning the Journey is assigned with a deferred start date and becomes available to the employee after 30 days.

We encountered a scenario where an employee's assignment was changed, triggering the Journey allocation with a deferred start date of 30 days. However, the employee was terminated one week after the assignment change. Despite the employee's termination, the Journey was subsequently allocated to the employee because the original assignment change had triggered the allocation.
