Clarification on Inactive Applications Behaviour and Visibility of Application Progress

Hello,

We would like to better understand the expected behaviour of inactive applications in Oracle Recruiting.

In our environment, while reviewing candidates on a requisition, we noticed that some candidates are visible only when the Active filter is removed. Additionally, for these inactive candidates, it is not possible to view the application progress or application details that would normally be available for active candidates.

Could you please clarify:

• What are the conditions or events that cause an application to become Inactive?
• Which application statuses or lifecycle events can move a candidate/application into the inactive population?
