Approval workflow for an HRBP-created offer proposal in Oracle Recruiting

Hi everyone,

We would like to understand whether the following approval workflow can be configured in Oracle Recruiting.

After the candidate selection stage, the HRBP creates an offer proposal. Before the offer letter is prepared, the proposal must be approved by:

1. The Hiring Manager
2. The Hiring Manager’s manager (Manager +1)
3. The HR Director
4. The next-level manager (Manager +2)

Is it possible to configure these approvers in this sequence, with the managers identified dynamically from the Hiring Manager’s reporting hierarchy? Can the offer letter be generated only after all approvals have been completed?

We would also appreciate clarification on whether the HR Director can be assigned through an approval rule and what happens to the workflow if the offer proposal is revised after approval.
