How to Configure Overall Summary Comment as Plain Text in Oracle Fusion Performance Management?

Hello Oracle Community,

We are currently working on the Performance Document page in Oracle Fusion Performance Management.

For the Overall Summary Comment / Manager Comment field, the requirement is to allow users to enter comments as plain text only, without displaying the rich-text formatting toolbar.

Currently, the comment field displays formatting options such as text style, font formatting, bold, and additional formatting options.

We would like to confirm:

  • Is it possible to configure the Overall Summary Comment field as a plain-text field instead of a rich-text editor?
  • Is there a supported configuration in VB Studio / Business Rules / Expression Editor to hide the formatting toolbar while keeping the comment field visible and editable?
