Merged rehire record for PW, checklist assigned to previous home email address and not the new ID

Summary:

Ex-employee applies for a job requisition on the external career site with a different home email address that is not present in Core HR. System identifies candidate as an external. After Offer acceptance, candidate submits request for more information with Date of Birth and National Identifiers. System now identifies duplicates.

Recruiter merges the external record with the ex-employee. Merged record syncs with the new home email ID that candidate applied with. Upon Move to HR, journey is triggered to the previous home email address that was saved as the primary on the previously terminated record. Ideally, checklist should only be triggered to new home email address.
